The cost is less than $100 and it can save a lot of sleepless nights as well as worries and possible death. This is some research I had done, and actually bought one myself to help someone very special I know, who has spleem apnea. Do some research on the net yourself, and you will see how helpful it is what I found. In the meantime, here is some information from my research.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(&lt;strong&gt;Sleep apnea&lt;/strong&gt; is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in &lt;a class="mw-redirect" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breath" title="Breath"&gt;breathing&lt;/a&gt; during &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep" title="Sleep"&gt;sleep&lt;/a&gt;. Each episode, called an &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apnea" title="Apnea"&gt;apnea&lt;/a&gt; (&lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_language" title="Greek language"&gt;Greek&lt;/a&gt;: &lt;span&gt;ἄ&amp;pi;&amp;nu;&amp;omicron;&amp;iota;&amp;alpha;&lt;/span&gt; (&amp;aacute;pnoia), from &amp;alpha;- (a-), &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Privative" title="Privative"&gt;privative&lt;/a&gt;, &amp;pi;&amp;nu;έ&amp;epsilon;&amp;iota;&amp;nu; (pn&amp;eacute;ein), to breathe), lasts long enough so that one or more breaths are missed, and such episodes occur repeatedly throughout sleep. The standard definition of any apneic event includes a minimum 10 second interval between breaths, with either a neurological arousal (a 3-second or greater shift in &lt;a class="mw-redirect" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EEG" title="EEG"&gt;EEG&lt;/a&gt; frequency, measured at C3, C4, O1, or O2), a &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood" title="Blood"&gt;blood&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen" title="Oxygen"&gt;oxygen&lt;/a&gt; desaturation of 3-4% or greater, or both arousal and desaturation. Sleep apnea is diagnosed with an overnight sleep test called a &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polysomnogram" title="Polysomnogram"&gt;polysomnogram&lt;/a&gt;, or a &amp;quot;Sleep Study&amp;quot;. Source:Wikipedia)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A 2005 study in the British Medical Journal found that learning and practicing the &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Didgeridoo" title="Didgeridoo"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;didgeridoo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;strong&gt; helped reduce snoring and sleep apnea, as well as daytime sleepiness. This appears to work by strengthening muscles in the upper airway, thus reducing their tendency to collapse during sleep&lt;sup&gt;. Make sure you know what you are getting charged for. If escrow charges $75 to deliver documents, you may not want that. Have them FED EX it, or mail it. That is less expensive. THIS is why you need all this information in advance, prior to closing of escrow. Technically, you should receive some quotes on fees BEFORE you open escrow, so you know which company to shoose. Especially if there is&amp;nbsp;a SHORT SALE. Sometimes, you need to call several escrows, interview them and ask about their experience in short sales, and/or experience in handling transactions. Have them email you or fax you a sheet that describes their rates. This way, they will not be able to OVERCHARGE you if your fees are spelled out in advance.
