Help those with Sleep Apnea and Snoring

Many of you that know me, also know my field in medicine. I was researching Sleep Apnea and it turns out one of my daughters' friends makes something that can help sleep apnea. He makes DIDGERIDOOS! What is that? Well it is a possible help for those that have Sleep Apnea. If you need that instrument, DIDGERIDOO, just call me, 714. 493. 5069 and I will get you in touch with him. The cost is less than $100 and it can save a lot of sleepless nights as well as worries and possible death. This is some research I had done, and actually bought one myself to help someone very special I know, who has spleem apnea. Do some research on the net yourself, and you will see how helpful it is what I found. In the meantime, here is some information from my research.

(Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep. Each episode, called an apnea (Greek: ἄπνοια (ápnoia), from α- (a-), privative, πνέειν (pnéein), to breathe), lasts long enough so that one or more breaths are missed, and such episodes occur repeatedly throughout sleep. The standard definition of any apneic event includes a minimum 10 second interval between breaths, with either a neurological arousal (a 3-second or greater shift in EEG frequency, measured at C3, C4, O1, or O2), a blood oxygen desaturation of 3-4% or greater, or both arousal and desaturation. Sleep apnea is diagnosed with an overnight sleep test called a polysomnogram, or a "Sleep Study". Source:Wikipedia)

A 2005 study in the British Medical Journal found that learning and practicing the didgeridoo helped reduce snoring and sleep apnea, as well as daytime sleepiness. Beware of Escrows That Do Not Give You Details.

As a party to any transaction, you are entitled to receive escrow costs (estimated costs) as well as general information from escrow. Make sure that the paperwork you sign is THE SAME as the one reflected in your copy marked (Buyer's Copy or Seller's Copy). depending on whether you are the buyer or the seller, of course. Make sure you know what you are getting charged for. If escrow charges $75 to deliver documents, you may not want that. Have them FED EX it, or mail it. That is less expensive. THIS is why you need all this information in advance, prior to closing of escrow. Technically, you should receive some quotes on fees BEFORE you open escrow, so you know which company to shoose. Especially if there is a SHORT SALE. Sometimes, you need to call several escrows, interview them and ask about their experience in short sales, and/or experience in handling transactions. Have them email you or fax you a sheet that describes their rates. This way, they will not be able to OVERCHARGE you if your fees are spelled out in advance. I have heard of escrow companies out there, that will not want to give the client their fees in writing, will wait 'till the day of closing, and then they start charging. Just beware.
